Georgia's Governor Brian Kemp has filed a lawsuit against Atlanta's mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and the Atlanta city council for overstepping his authority by mandating face masks in public spaces. Kemp's statewide executive order only reccommends face coverings but it doesnt make them mandatory. Kemp has spoken out against the mayor's call, saying that the city's order is unenforceable.
