According to reports, Nipsey Hussle's brother and the late rapper's ex are still at odds over Emani's custody. Sam Asghedom, Nipsey’s brother, reportedly submitted a third status report as part of Nipsey's probate lawsuit, according to RadarOnline. Asghedom clarified that Tanisha Foster, Nipsey's ex, is the only one preventing the court matter from being concluded. Asghedom and his sister have guardianship over the 13-year-old and say Foster isn’t a fit parent. Foster claims there is no need for guardianship and wants it terminated. Ermani and her brother, Kross, are the heirs to $2 million that each will receive as they come of age.
