It’s hard to believe it, but “Ctrl,” SZA’s debut album, is five years old. To celebrate the milestone, she surprised us by dropping a deluxe version. This new update – which SZA teased the day before – includes seven new tracks – an alternative version of single “Love Galore,” “2AM,” “Miles,” “Percolator,” “Awkward,” “Jodie” and the lead track from the deluxe release, “Tread Carefully.” After the drop, SZA tweeted, “This is JUST a gift for camp ctrl. Nothing more nothing less. If [you] family you get it. [Five] yrs is a long time. Thank you for changing my life I love you. Happy anniversary 🤍#HAPPYCTRLANNIVERSARY.”
