During an interview with The Athletic, the future Hall of Famer announced his plan to play his last year alongside his oldest son, LeBron James Jr., aka, Bronny. “My last year will be played with my son,” LeBron stated. “Wherever Bronny is at, that’s where I’ll be. I would do whatever it takes to play with my son for one year. It’s not about the money at that point.” Earlier this month, it was reported that James had this family affair in his blueprint, further backing his statement with The Athletic. Currently, LeBron’s two-year, $85 million extension with the Lakers will keep him there through the 2022-2023, just one year prior to Bronny’s NBA eligibility.
