Kanye West is accused of punching someone outside a nightclub in downtown Los Angeles in the wee hours of yesterday morning. Sources said he told a group of people gathered outside the Soho Warehouse not to take pictures and said something about them not understanding what he's going through right now. When someone replied that it's okay, we all go through family stuff, Ye allegedly served him a two-piece punch set – one in the head and one in the neck. Video obtained by TMZ shows that Kim Kardashian’s soon-to-be ex-husband yelling at a woman while a man lays on the ground. He’s telling her to get away from him, but she’s trying to calm him down, and says that she’s his family. Sources say she’s his cousin. Meanwhile, the alleged victim – who reportedly refused medical treatment at the scene—filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department, and the incident is being investigated as a possible misdemeanor battery. So far, no arrests or citations have been announced.
