Netflix has announced the release date for “Jeen-Yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy.” The three-part documentary – which is being directed by Kanye West’s friends Coodie Simmons and Chike Ozah – has been over 21 years in the making and includes clips of Ye’s life from the early 2000s. “We’re crossing generations in three films,” Ozah shared. “At the end, Kanye is collaborating with artists that were babies. But the crazy part is that Kanye’s a throughline; still as relevant at the end as he is in the beginning because his music passes the test of time.” “Jeen-Yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy” will stream on Netflix as part of a “once in a lifetime three-week global event” with the first film being released on February 16th.
