The man accused of fatally shooting Clarence Avant’s wife Jacqueline during a home invasion earlier this month has been charged with murder. On Monday (Dec. 6), the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced that Aariel Maynor was charged with one count each of murder, attempted murder and felon with a firearm, as well as two counts of residential burglary. The 29-year-old will make his first court appearance on Tuesday (Dec. 7) at the Airport Branch courthouse in Los Angeles County.
