Travis Scott was arrested following an alleged dispute in Miami Beach.

According to a report CNN published on Thursday, June 20, the Houston rapper was detained by the Miami-Dade Police Department earlier this morning after he got into a heated, verbal altercation with the crew of a chartered yacht. Cops said they received a call about people fighting on the vessel. When they arrived at the Miami Beach Marina, officers said they saw Scott yelling at the crew and noticed "a strong smell of alcohol” on his breath. He was asked to vacate the premises, and he did. However, he came back and reportedly refused to leave.

Cops told Scott to leave the marina or risk being arrested. The "Sicko Mode" rapper reportedly got into a vehicle and drove away. Five minutes later, Scott returned and allegedly failed to follow instructions from the police. Things went left after the Cactus Jack founder allegedly “began yelling once again, becoming erratic disturbing the peace."

“The defendant later admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and stated, ‘It’s Miami,’" according to the arrest affidavit.,

Scott was arrested for trespassing after being given a warning and disorderly intoxication. He was taken to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Downtown Miami and booked at 4:35 a.m. He posted a $650 bond and was released four hours later. Shortly after he was freed from police custody, Scott offered a brief response in a post on X.

"Lol," he wrote.
